SESSION DESCRIPTION: Join us to experience the navigation of undergraduate students thinking in creating success in their initial STEM coursework. STEM Peer Coaches will demonstrate how to use a planning and/or reflecting conversation to shift undergraduate students’ thinking to a growth mindset and utilize metacognitive strategies for success.
